If you are now fed up with thinking about the things you would like to change or to achieve in your life, and you have decided to take action, then our life coaching sessions are just what you need.
Why and what for?
· If you are fed up with any of your daily habits and want to replace them by others that generate better results.
· If you feel like you have lost the spark or the thrill in your life and want to rediscover what you feel passionate about and what your talent is, as well as establish new goals which truly do motivate you.
· If you have a very special goal or project and you seek the support that will smooth your path in order to achieve it.
· If you want to obtain better results in a specific facet of your life: in your relationships, in the management of your finances, in your health and wellbeing or in the management of your free time
· If you have to make a complicated decision and you need to make up your mind and choose the best path.
· If you have a dream and want to outline a detailed action plan through which to make it a reality.
· If you want to discover your mission or purpose in life, to contribute your grain of sand to the world.
· If you want new tools which will enable you to communicate more effectively, better manage your time, your stress or your emotions.
What do our sessions consist of?
Our sessions last one hour and can be in person, by telephone, or a combination of both modalities, depending on what works best for you; in addition, we will be in telephone or email contact with you between sessions.
The foundation of our work will be our alliance, based on a relationship of mutual trust and confidentiality, and that is why we will define it together at the beginning and we will redesign it whenever necessary.
For us, you have all of the resources within you in order to achieve whatever you propose and my work will consist in coaching you and stimulating you to use these resources effectively, so that they serve your interests.
Your real work and learning will take place between sessions, and therefore I will make sure that, at the end of each one, we are both clear about what actions you must take until the next session, and how we will quantify the results obtained.
What is the frequency of the sessions?
Our recommendation is that you have three sessions in the first month, and two monthly sessions in subsequent months. But you will always be the one to decide this.
